Scalability
We have scalability enabled systems and processes to adapt and grow with changing demands. It allows for efficient use of resources, reduces costs, and increases the ability to handle large volumes of data or users. Scalability is critical for success in today's fast-changing and competitive marketplaces.
Native to Cloud
Traditional data warehouses weren’t built to scale. With a finite number of servers, if there’s a massive load on the system, there’s virtually nothing that can be done to increase bandwidth or performance. With the Platform’s modern, cloud-based architecture, if bandwidth gets stretched, new virtual servers are deployed on the fly, immediately adding to our processing power and ensuring speed and stability.
Infrastructure
We use secured a cloud service provider and its highly available data center facilities in multiple regions worldwide. Each region is a separate geographical location with multiple, isolated, and physically separated groups of data centers known as Zones. We leverage compute, storage, network, and data services to build our products and platform components, which enables us to utilize redundancy capabilities, such as availability zones and regions.
Platform Performance
We continuously look for ways to improve product and platform performance by monitoring key performance metrics, such as load times, search responsiveness, and attachments. We've also reduced latency for customers around the world by hosting our cloud infrastructure in six distinct geographic regions.
